A beautiful showroom requires good access!
Well, it has to be said that it was a bit dangerous with a 30cm high step. 😅
In short, what do I do? A simple step or a decked pontoon?
After thinking about it, 🤔the pontoon offers me more possibilities, such as installing lights for example or facilitating access for people with reduced mobility.
So let's go! Okay, but this isn't very fun... Hey, as usual, an idea comes along and completely changes the initial plan: "What if you included a small aquatic area in your pontoon 🐟🐠🐡?"
Yes, I know, sometimes I think I'd be better off keeping ideas like these to myself. 😬
Okay, this time it's decided! Let's go!
A quick stop at my favorite building materials supplier, who must be loving my new job. 🤬
We load what will serve as the structure for the pontoon; namely 3M beams and rafters.
Unfortunately, it's difficult to find "class 4" these days.
First step: we install the exterior structure and what will serve as the basin:
Next, we install the rafters that will support the finishing boards, and we attach supports to everything.
Now that the structure is ready: let's go get the planks!
No, that's right: if you want light points, you have to run your electricity; not forgetting the power supply for the pond pump.
Electricity Check 😁
Let's move on to the decking boards:

Well, that's four busy days! A little bit of decorating on top of that, and it's finished.

I can't wait for tonight!!!!
And now for the finishing touch: The TOUTOU Park/bar! 🐩🐾
So, I'll see you on the bridge 😉
