Handcrafted preserved plant frame – Locally made in Wanquetin (Nord Pas-de-Calais)
Discover a handcrafted preserved plant frame made entirely in my workshop in Wanquetin, in the heart of the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region. Each piece is carefully handcrafted, combining traditional know-how, natural materials, and unique decorative touches.
The frame is designed with a fir wood structure combined with a 3 mm MDF base, ensuring lightness, stability and durability.
The whole features a harmonious plant composition made from stabilized Icelandic moss, sphagnum moss, natural branches, as well as many decorative elements that bring warmth and originality: dried lemon slices, water lily flowers, and many other carefully selected plant finds.
Each frame is unique: no two models are alike. The goal is to create a sustainable, natural plant wall decoration that brings a touch of warm greenery to your interior without any demanding maintenance.

Maintenance of the stabilized plant frame
One of the great advantages of a preserved plant frame is that it requires no watering or special lighting. The preservation process allows the plants to maintain their natural appearance for several years.
To guarantee its longevity:
❌ Do not water: water damages preserved plants.
🌤️ Avoid direct sunlight: prefer soft or indirect light to preserve the colours.
🔥 Avoid direct heat sources (radiator, stove, fireplace).
💨 Not for outdoor use: these creations are intended for indoor use only.
🧹 Light dusting if necessary: ​​use a soft brush or a blast of cold air (not a vacuum cleaner).
With these few precautions, your preserved plant frame will retain all its beauty for several years, without daily maintenance.
