This handcrafted curling set is made from pine wood. It is designed for durability and to provide an authentic playing experience. The playing surface is smooth to allow the pucks to glide effortlessly. The edges of the surface are slightly raised to prevent the pucks from falling off.

Components

- 8 Pucks: 3 pucks for each player, usually of different colors to distinguish them (for example, red and blue).

- Line markers: To indicate the playing areas, lines painted on the board.

Rules of the Homemade Curling Game

The objective of the game is to slide your pucks as close as possible to the center of the target drawn on the board, while trying to dislodge the opponent's pucks.

Gameplay

1. Implementation:

- Place the game board on a flat surface.

- Each player takes 3 pucks of the same color.

2. Start of the Game:

- The players decide who goes first by drawing lots.

- The players throw their pucks alternately.

3. Throwing Pucks:

- The player places their puck at one end of the board and slides it towards the target.

- The puck must slide along the board without being pushed once launched.

- Players can aim to place their pucks strategically or to dislodge the opponent's pucks.

4. Points and Scores:

- After all the pucks have been thrown, the points are counted.

- A puck must be in the target area to score points.

- The player with the puck closest to the center scores points for each puck closer than the opponent's best puck.

- The score is calculated based on the proximity of the pucks to the center of the target.

5. End of Game:

- The game can be played in several rounds.

- The player with the highest score after a predetermined number of rounds wins the game.
